Hi All,
Is it possible to update an inbound callers remote name\number via the Platform API?
I know the Call.RemoteName and Call.ANI in architect are ReadOnly and I wanted to know if this was even possible with the platform API or if these endpoints are also considered "ReadOnly".
The goal would be to override the name or number from the SIP Invite and displayed in the Performance \ Interactions List.

No, it is not possible to update the ani and name of the caller/customer participant via the API.
