Hello,
I was wondering if there is an update regarding updating Remote column in Interactions view with name instead of it saying Guest for each interaction? If we already have that name set in the web messaging as participant data?

The feature will require External Contacts for non-authenticated interactions. The only case where name is populated automatically without External Contacts is based on Authenticated Web Messaging.
