This is an update following our previous announcement about the upcoming implementation: Static IP Addresses for Genesys Cloud Platform API REST Services
We have encountered a performance-related issue with our third-party provider, AWS CloudFront, which is currently impacting our progress towards releasing this feature. We have escalated this issue with AWS CloudFront and are awaiting their resolution.
As a result of this unforeseen delay, the release date for the static IP address feature is now To Be Determined (TBD).
We understand the importance of this update and want to assure you that we are actively monitoring the situation and working diligently to bring you this functionality as soon as possible. We will continue to keep you informed of our progress and will notify you immediately once we have a confirmed release date.
Please note that there is no customer impact to current Genesys Cloud Platform API REST service operations, either with or without these changes.
