Hello, one of our customers forwarded information they received that Facebook updated SDK for iOS to include support for iOS 14
We just want to know if there's anything that should be done on Genesys Cloud side? On Genesys Cloud side it's just the platform that's authenticating, configure Message Routing and flow so this should not affect any of user activities. Yes, I had Customer Care ticket and they told me officially that developer forum is a place to ask this question!

Hi Rasko,
Our IOS SDK is a wrapper around our Genesys Cloud platform API. Any changes to iOS 14 should not cause any issues with our Genesys SDK. If the customer does experience an issue with the iOS SDK they should post their questions to the development forum here.
