    Does any one know if this bug/issue has been resolved yet? We are working on a priority routing solution in lab. I would rather know up front if it's still not going to function. Basic idea is to pick up the current priority and bump it. It appears the thread was closed but no indications about when it might be addresed.

    this has been fixed. I wasn't able to say so on the original thread since it got closed.

    Great news! Thanks! Will the Interactions page Participant Data <Queue> IVR.priority reflect updates done via that API? I'm using the API explorer and getting 200 OK messages back rather than a data action at this point - I assume the priority is changing, but it doesn't seem to be reflected there.

    I found this post which indicates a work at that point still in progress for polling priority. Been looking at the api explorer and haven't found one yet..
