Hello, This is in ref to this case: https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/how-to-update-a-contact-list-field-within-architect/2981
I created an Action that updates a column on a Contact List. I tested it in API Explorer, and it appears to be working.
"/api/v2/outbound/contactlists/{contactListId}/contacts/{contactId}"
In Architect, the Data Action takes the success exit, but when I checked the field, the value was not updated.
Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue? The data action in Architect is not failing.

If you're sure your data action configuration is bug-free and is making the correct request, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate the missing data.

Hi Tim, First, I tested it in the API Explorer and created the data action and schema using the Input and Output from the API Explorer. Also, the Data Action in Architect takes the success exit.
