Hello Everyone,
Our requirement is to detect incoming email interaction and split it into multiple email interactions based on the number of attachments received in the email i.e. one attachment per email and route it to an agent. we have been exploring with the Email API's available through Dev tools and trying out with this API (POST /api/v2/conversations/emails) which is able to create a separate email interaction, we are unsure on how to upload the attachments to the email interaction.
We found few articles in Genesys cloud but when we tried to open the link, it leads to no where. Eg. from this dev forum post ([https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/uploading-attachments-onto-an-email/2953]). Can anyone suggest us an idea on how to facilitate this requirement? Any specific API that can help us with this cases?
