Hello,
What are all the URLs exceptions that we have to add to the firewall in order to make use of the APIs?
We have a client that uses Palo Alto as a firewall, and we want to run some applications that make use of various PureCloud APIs from a server where all internet traffic is blocked, and only traffic added to this firewall is allowed.
To the firewall we add all the URLs that appear on the following page, but randomly we see that the applications fail to connect to the API without seeing blocks in the firewall and on other occasions it does so without problem. Apart from these URLs, what are all the exceptions that we have to add to the firewall in order to make use of the APIs?

We exceptions in the firewall:

This sounds like an intermittent failure with your network. I would suggest working with your network administrators to diagnose the connectivity problems with the machine.
