    Hi Forum,

    I would like to create a custom action to have any errors that occur during Flow in Architect available; is it possible to have an action that returns the error code as a valid output?

    Hi Sergio,

    I totally missed this thread. Is this still an issue for you? If so, is this for calls or other media types? For Calls all of the error information is lost, so you would have to route the request through an intermediary service. For other media types you should be getting error information back.

    Hi Jason,

    Yes, it's for calls. Do you know if the possibility of having complete outputs is planned as for the actions of the email or chat flows?

    Hi Sergio,

    My understanding is that types other than calls should be filling in error information today, although I have not tested it myself. If that isn't true please let me know.

    Please post about this at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ in order to go through use cases and get it prioritized.
