Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble integrating the user presence on our front-end. When I choose a secondary presence (inside busy for example) the event I receive from the socket gives me the id of the primary presence (busy).
I was expecting the behavior described in:
https://developer.mypurecloud.ie/forum/t/secondary-presences-details-are-not-available-in-presence-topic/802
but it is not what we are getting.
Can someone help?

I just tested using the topic v2.users.{id}.presence and when setting the user to an org presence, the correct ID was sent in the notification. If you're setting the presence to one ID and getting a different ID in the notification, please open a ticket with PureCloud Support as this is a PureCloud bug and not an issue with the API.

Yes. I'm setting the user to a secondary custom presence (Busy > foo) and I'm getting the ID of the primary presence (Busy).
