    Hi there.

I'm retrieving the user station and I see the same softphone name in the associatedStation, effectiveStation and lastAssociatedStation. Based on the Python SDK documentation, I understood that the associatedStation is the current "real" station the user is logged into.

What would be the effectiveStation then, and when would it be used? Can you share a scenario for this?

    Thanks.

I don't think there are currently use cases where you would use effectiveStation instead of associatedStation. I believe the effective station may be exposed as a side effect of the WebRTC's architecture. WebRTC's nature is to have many simultaneously available endpoints, but PureCloud stations are 1:1 with a user.
