    Hi,

    I would like to send survey form for post call survey without recording. As far as I can see We cannot dissociate survey form from recording. Is there a way to use survey form without using recording policies (in Architect for example)? If yes , how can we do that ?

    Hi,

    In other words, Does the "Assign survey" is independent to recording in Quality --> Policies?
