    Hi,

    For privacy reason, I need to be able to use PEF and to mask caller ID (ANI) of an inbound caller. For this I deployed the github project from https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/embeddable-framework/ and slightly updated it to mask call.ANI. The hiding works in the softphone iframe, but not in the interaction iframe/window. Is this by design or a defect? If it is by design, is there any plan to get it in a coming release?

    hi Stephanie, Unfortunately this ANI (+6144..) in your example is coming from the main client and is not accessible in the same way from the embedded framework. You may want to check the Ideas portal for a similar request or create your own. But at this time it is not planned to change this in a coming release. Thanks Thomas
