HI all experts!!! we are experiencing issues when we pass UUI to Cloud, with SPecial characters, like á, é, í, ó ,ú or "ñ" that is very common in Spain.
We try using ASCII and HEX with no results..please any help is much appreciated.

Could you show/post what value you are sending in your UUI header when using hex (when you can't get UUI in Genesys Cloud)?
I just did a quick test, connecting to Genesys Cloud orgs to be able to emulate a UUI (as hex) from one to the other, and using these special characters and it appeared to work.
This is what I send in my UUI header on SIP INVITE: User-to-User: 02616263c3a1c3a9c3adc3b3c3bac3b1646566;encoding=hex;purpose=isdn-uui;content=isdn-uui 02 is my protocol discriminator (the value doesn't really matter as long as it is on 2 digits). The value (616263c3a1c3a9c3adc3b3c3bac3b1646566) corresponds to: abcáéíóúñdef
