  • 1.  Version of Bot connector v2 is not found in architect

    Hello,

    We are part of the early adopter of the bot v2 connector.

    We have created the bot connector, configure the associated integration. The bot connector is providing the bot list through its URL.

    When we try to add the bot connector to a flow, we succeed to get the bot name but we got an unsucessful error when trying to select the bot version.

    We have open a ticket to the support (Case #0003967805) which asked us to open a discussion on BETA HQ.

    They founded the following error message in their logs:

    Hi @Antoine Desaubliaux,

    In order to start the investigations, we will need you to confirm the organization's region and provide with the actual JSON sent in the request (not a screenshot). For PII and compliance reasons, Digital Bot Connector does not log any JSON payloads.

    Also, please confirm that the 3rd party bot middleware actually returns that BotID to the Genesys APIs, so you make sure the botID (and JSON) exists.
