How can we access the system wrap-up code "ININ-OUTBOUND-INVALID-PHONE-NUMBER" via API?
The problem is that we've been trying to find the system wrap-up codes via API. So far we can easily pull all the agent wrap-up codes (Callback, Answered, Wrong number…) but we couldn't find the system generated wrap-up codes like (ININ-OUTBOUND-NO-ANSWER, ININ-OUTBOUND-INVALID-PHONE-NUMBER, ININ-OUTBOUND-DISCONNECT…).
Is there any idea? Thanks.

The system assigned wrap up codes are set as strings; they do not have GUIDs.
