Hi all,
I'm currently working on a bot flow for level one agents to speak to level 2 agents for assistance. When they reach out, it's a one time contact and wouldn't need to reference previous chat history. I know that chat history clear after 72 hours but I wanted to know if there is any feature that in Architect that would clear the chat history after end user closes chat?
Thanks all!

Hi Paco  Can you give a bit more details on the use-case you're trying to solve? I mean, are you trying to prevent other agents from being able to access the previously ended conversation? If that's the case, you may want to double-check Threading Timeline, which is supported with our Messaging channels (including Web Messaging, also double-check FAQ here if applicable).

Hi @Angelo_Cicchitto Use-Case would be to avoid any confusion with previous interactions that the level one agent may of had with a level two agent.
