    Hi everyone,

    We are excited to announce the availability of Web Messaging - Conversation Disconnect Beta (see corresponding Idea here). This feature allows Admins to define the End-User experience when the messaging conversation is resolved by either Agents or Flows/Bots: some businesses may simply want to inform End-User with an system-generated message, to set user expectations accordingly.

    This is great! I have requested to join the beta for the feature. Is there any associated documentation for this feature? 

    Also, what are the tentative timelines for GA for this feature?

    Thank You for participating into the Beta evaluation for this feature: we have received huge adoption. We are now closing the Beta form, as we are getting ready for GA release.

    Hi Steven - I would recommend to check latest date as published in Roadmap Tab here: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DXWMM-I-26

    We had couple of weeks of delays recently, in order to accommodate for a valid improvement raised by another Beta customer.

    Hi Team,

    The Conversation Disconnect help to terminate the Interaction when Agent Disconnect during the Interaction. But is there a way same can be handled from Customer End, If customer close the chat tab can we terminate the interaction?
