We had couple of weeks of delays recently, in order to accommodate for a valid improvement raised by another Beta customer.

The Conversation Disconnect help to terminate the Interaction when Agent Disconnect during the Interaction. But is there a way same can be handled from Customer End, If customer close the chat tab can we terminate the interaction?
