  • 1.  Web Messaging - End-User can Disconnect/Clear the Conversation

    Hey, @Angelo Cicchitto, I have a customer who wants to know about the Web Messaging - End-User can Disconnect/Clear the Conversation feature / beta. I can see from the Ideas site (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-118) that you have the Beta scheduled to start at the end of this month, for release in September. The Roadmap (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/sections/7110235934121363282) gives a release date of 9/27/23. Are these dates current / fixed?

    Also, they want to check if the feature (both Beta and GA) will be configurable per Queue? Or will it be a global setting?

    Hi Paul - dates visible in roadmap are still valid: the feature is configurable on a per-deployment basis (rather than per-queue) which should accommodate for most customers, including multi-brand and service providers.
