Can you display the agents name and time stamp to the end user via the messaging flow?

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Agent name and picture are not yet available, it's something we are considering among upcoming improvements. See Idea: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLDIG-I-816 Timestamp of message is already visible in the Messenger (on-hover the bubble).
