One funny experience we had in the Genesys world was when one of our customers launched an outbound WhatsApp campaign, and the message was delivered to another bot.
After a few minutes, the destination bot replied, which triggered our customer's bot.
That was when the battle started.
They kept sending greetings, inactivity messages, closure messages, and after the interaction ended, one side would trigger the other again with the CSAT survey.
They stayed in this back-and-forth for a few hours until our customer finally noticed what was happening.
I am pretty sure the machine revolution will start exactly like this: robots arguing with each other in a customer service interaction. 🤣
