Hello,
We are implementing web messaging while trying to keep some behaviors of web chat. One of which is to send a welcome message when customer open the messenger window. We notice that on Resource Center the message flow will not start until customer send a message, so it is not possible to mimic in architect
So we have two problems here:
- Any intuitive way to to trigger the start of conversation without needing customer to send a msg first? (and after the conversation is timeout )
- How to send this welcome message outbound?
