Hi,
When subscribed to the v2.routing.queues.{id}.conversations topic using the Notifications API, normally you would see a call status get connected, disconnected, then terminated.
Seeing the event for connected, but then nothing for disconnected or terminated.
Wondering what would cause the call to not be disconnected and terminated ?

Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate stuck calls, and provide conversation IDs of calls that did not disconnect normally. Customer-specific information cannot be investigated via the forum.
