Hi team,
Our team would like to know under what circumstances is the customers message history cleared? Understand the threading timeline related to the conversation ID and what the agent sees. But what causes are there that clear the customers message history?
Can this be actively triggered to clear the customer conversation history?

After 72 hours of no message inactivity, the Guest session expires, and client cannot obtain a valid JWT to access messages via History API. On the client side, for now there is no command or event that can trigger this. Once Guest session is expired, our native Messenger will generate new Guest Token, which actually starts new session.
