When there is an error from the api it returns a contextId. What is this context id? Can I query on the context id to get more information?

Hi Dory, the contextId is helpful to PureCloud Care when supporting a customer. It lets them look up details about the API call associated with the id. It's not used for general troubleshooting, more if a potential issue is suspected with an API resource or its documentation.
