    Good morning and happy Friday! :smiley:

    This is more out of curiosity than anything. I know the Genesys SDKs have:

    • Events: The WebRTC SDK sends things like pendingSessions, sessionStarted etc.
    • Notifications: The Platform SDK can send info (about presence changes, routing status changes, etc.)over WebSockets
    • So... Triggers?
