Why are they always equal ? All equal to 1 or 0 .

Attempts is the count of times the record was attempted, connects is the count of times the record was connected. If the record hasn't been dialed, there would be 0 attempts and 0 connects. If the record was dialed and handled successfully, there would be 1 attempt and 1 connect. If there was an attempt that didn't connect, there would be 1 attempt and 0 connects.
