I'm still relatively new to the Genesys Cloud ecosystem and have been exploring the platform as part of my journey in Pre-Sales. There are so many different features and capabilities that I'm curious to know which ones have made the biggest difference in your day-to-day work.

Which feature do you find the most useful, and what makes it so valuable to you?

For me, it is not exactly a specific Genesys Cloud feature, but two resources that have made a huge difference in my journey: the Genesys Cloud Resource Center and the Genie portal.

The Resource Center is essential for understanding how the platform's features work, their capabilities, limitations and configuration options. I use it constantly when studying a new feature or validating a solution for a customer.

Genie is also extremely valuable for anyone working in Pre-Sales. It provides access to training, enablement content, presentation decks, feature overviews and other important materials that help us better understand the Genesys portfolio and prepare for customer conversations.

Genesys Cloud has many great capabilities, but these resources have been fundamental in helping me learn the ecosystem and become more confident in my Pre-Sales journey.

Great question!

I'd say Agent Copilot and Knowledge. To me, they're a great example of how AI can enhance both the agent and customer experience by making interactions faster, more accurate, and more seamless.

I like gamification because it makes everyday work more engaging, highlights progress and achievements, and motivates people through recognition and friendly competition.

I'd say Speech and Text Analytics, especially Topic Mining and Sentiment Analysis.

In my opinion, it's much more than an analytics tool. It becomes a source of intelligence, and I really like the range of possibilities it opens up. Turning customer conversations into meaningful insights creates opportunities to continuously evolve and get even more value from the platform.

For me, it's definitely Flow Execution History.

It's one of the most valuable tools for troubleshooting in Architect. Instead of trying to guess what happened, you can follow the flow execution step by step, see which decisions were made, inspect variable values, and quickly pinpoint where something went wrong.

It has saved me countless hours when debugging flows and is one of the first places I go whenever there's an issue.

Since I've dealt with several issues caused by changes made to the platform, I'd have to say the Audit Viewer. It shows who made the change and when it was made, which makes it perfect for troubleshooting.

For me, one of the best features ever released was automatic scheduled log capture for users. Before that, we had to struggle to replicate issues just to collect logs. Now, we simply activate the capture for specific users, and it gathers everything for 24 hours.

Another amazing feature I can't live without anymore is Flow Execution History.

One feature that's made a big difference for me is Genesys Cloud Functions. They've provided a simple way to extend Genesys Cloud with custom business logic without managing servers or separate infrastructure.

I've used Functions alongside Data Actions to integrate with internal systems, transform data, and simplify complex API interactions. It keeps Architect flows cleaner, centralises reusable logic, and makes ongoing maintenance much easier.

It's been a great addition to the platform, and I'm looking forward to seeing how others are using it in their environments.
