Not sure how to translate it, but my favorite is "Bife à parmegiana". With french fries, rice, maybe some beans as well!

What is Temaki??  With regard to the Pizza discussion, most people agree that Italy does the best Pizza, but it really depends on what city you go to.  My local italian in Scotland does better Pizza than Rome - AND - did anyone know that Italians do not put chicken on their pizzas??  What's going on there ! :-)

I love how multi cultural this is.  There are some things here I have never heard of!

Being Scottish, the stereotype may be deep fried choclate and all things unhealthy but we have a surprising range of top quality food here.

Oh, and of course, there is haggis 😃

Anything with gravy on it, or salad cream, or both. Stock cubes eaten straight out of the wrapper are great. Here's a list of proper UK food.

Crisps swimming in vinegar.

Brown sauce sandwiches.

Tomato soup with Wotsits.

Marmite on toast with a sprinkle of salt.

Four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie. 

Eggs from Scotland aka ScotchEggs.

Tesco horsemeat.

Mint sauce with a sprinkle of Sunday Roast.

Baby food (its not really made of babies I'm told).

Favourite foods can be hard to pick, I go through phases of what I like.

• Pizza is always good
• Burritos
• Fish and Chips.  I'm from Aus and we have battered Dim Sims and I always like to order those with my Fish Chips.  Oh and Mushy Peas
• Ravioli
• Chicken Parmi.  Here we have Chicken Parmigiana with Chips (Fries) and a salad, unlike the US which uses Spaghetti.
• McGriddles from Mcdonalds, we only got those in Aus a few months ago and they're so good (and also so bad for you lol).

Pizza is always good. Two favorites are Buffalo Chicken as long as I have a side of blue cheese, and Peanut Butter & Jelly.

Although I really like everything suggested so far, there is just something that is closest to my heart and that is from farm to table - we try to be as self-sufficient as possible, so what we grow ourselves, we use... vegetables, spices, meat etc. Unfortunately, we still buy flour from the mill, but it is also used for lovely things in the pizza oven😁
