    For me, one of the best parts is how dynamic the platform is. There's always something new to learn, whether it's related to integrations, routing, automation, or customer experience improvements. I also enjoy how Genesys allows us to create solutions that directly impact both agents and customers in a positive way.

    What about you? What do you enjoy the most when working with Genesys?

    One of the things I enjoy most about working with Genesys is how many different parts of the platform can work together to solve real business problems.

    You might start with something simple in Architect, but then it expands into integrations, workflows, AI, reporting, automation, or customer journey improvements. There's always something new to learn, and every implementation tends to bring different challenges and ideas.

    I also really enjoy the community side of Genesys a lot of practical learning comes from seeing how others are solving real-world problems.

    One thing I really enjoy is when the customer does not know the platform very well yet and starts to get surprised by what Genesys Cloud can provide.

    Things like monitoring queues and agents in real time, analyzing operational metrics, using screen recording, getting a lot of information through APIs, and having documentation available to support development can make a big difference in daily operations.

    In my view, this also helps strengthen the relationship with the customer, because they start to see more value in the solution and new possibilities to improve their operation.

    For me, one of the best parts is exactly that moment when the customer realizes the platform can go beyond the basics.

    I also really enjoy how dynamic the platform is. There's always something new happening, and it keeps pushing you to learn and evolve. If you don't stay up to date, the platform moves ahead quickly, and you can easily feel left behind. That constant evolution is one of the things I like the most about working with Genesys.

    My favorite thing about working with Genesys is how much impact small improvements can have on the customer experience.

    I really enjoy working with flow optimization, routing strategies, and scripts, because these areas directly affect how customers are treated when they reach the contact center. A better flow can reduce friction, good routing can connect the customer to the right agent faster, and a well-designed script can help agents provide a more consistent and efficient service.

    For me, it is rewarding to see how technical improvements inside Genesys can create a smoother experience for both customers and agents.

    One of my favorite things about working with Genesys is the opportunity to learn about different businesses and understand how each operation works.

    Every project brings a new context, new customer journeys, new operational challenges, and different business rules.

    I really enjoy analyzing the customer's pain points and then thinking about how we can use Genesys Cloud features to design a solution that makes sense for that specific reality.

    For me, that is where the work becomes especially interesting: connecting business understanding, customer experience, technical feasibility, and platform capabilities.

    Whether it involves Architect flows, routing strategies, queues, scripts, integrations, bots, Knowledge, WEM, reporting, or automation, I like seeing how each feature can help solve a real business need.

    One of my favorite things about working with Genesys is the people.

    During my almost 12 years working with Genesys, I've had the opportunity to meet and work with people from all over the world - both talented professionals and amazing customers. Learning about different cultures, hearing their stories, and interacting with so many different people has always been one of the best parts of this community for me.

    That global connection and sense of community is what makes the Genesys ecosystem so special.

    For me it's the ease of use. Everything is intuitive and making changes to the system is very easy. Even the internal scripting language is fairly easy to understand.
