One of my favorite things about working with Genesys is the opportunity to learn about different businesses and understand how each operation works.
Every project brings a new context, new customer journeys, new operational challenges, and different business rules.
I really enjoy analyzing the customer's pain points and then thinking about how we can use Genesys Cloud features to design a solution that makes sense for that specific reality.
For me, that is where the work becomes especially interesting: connecting business understanding, customer experience, technical feasibility, and platform capabilities.
Whether it involves Architect flows, routing strategies, queues, scripts, integrations, bots, Knowledge, WEM, reporting, or automation, I like seeing how each feature can help solve a real business need.
