Hi,
When using the GCloud .Net SDK, the RecordingAPI function called GetConversationRecordings, it returns a List<Recordings> for a given conversation id and for each recording there can be multiple MediaURIs.
Can someone clarify under what scenarios a given conversation will result in multiple media URIS?
From what I understand there are at least the below but are there any more scenarios ?
- If the call gets transferred between divisions
- If you have Dual Channel recording activated in the External Trunk Configuration
