First of all, You must create the "Platform Integration" and test that You can get/send WA messages.
After this You must configure it to use it for "BYOC Whatsapp Business Calling" using API call.
Anyway, I will recommend that you contact the Product Manager, who must give you access to this feature

We created the external trunk in Genesys for WhatsApp and are attempting to send calls from WhatsApp to Genesys but do not see the invite get to Genesys.
