Good afternoon Forum:
I saw this video about WhatsApp - GenesysCloud native integration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CrMJFG4yXGg I noticed that the Genesys Cloud Agent´s UI change when the chat interraction arrived to the left panel: it includes a new button to send emojis and a new one to send attachments. We want to know which API you used: Guest Chat API or Third Party Chat Routing? And if was the first one how could I change the Agent´s UI in order to accept the emojis and attachments inputs? It is supported by what Genesys Cloud functionality?

That is neither chat nor 3rd party routing; it's an entirely separate integration that does not use the chat components. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/set-up-acd-messaging-for-whatsapp/
The whatsapp integration uses the APIs under /api/v2/conversations/messages/*.
