Hello.
As we tried to set up a new Whatsapp Business account (WABA) in an instance located in Ireland, we had a response from Genesys telling us to do it by the new beta service onboarding.
All was done the way the manual said (even the org was verified in no time by meta), but when the whatsapps are sent to the number linked to genesys, it only gets one tick and the message doesn't enter Genesys (even when the integration looks ok in platforms).
Any help? Thanks.
