When I am on queue in Genesys, if there is a message to distribute to me ,and I click "Answer", but it can't success
When you click a time ,there will be a error message : The request to answer the message failed
the probably reason is that thare are 4 message in my workspace, does it have any other reasons to give rise to this problem?
