When we apply for time off and then deny/Cancel the time off in Genesys, Sync is failing and transaction in workday did not get cancelled, even if we manually Sync in Genesys, the Leave transactions in workday is not updated, For example say if apply leave for 8th Aug 2024 in Genesys time off request and it gets updated in Workday for 8th Aug 2024 leave has been applied but when we cancel/Deny the same in Genesys we are getting sync error and if manually sync it even then it not working
