    Anyone else feeling a little off during the holidays because there are no Genesys Cloud Release Notes on Mondays? πŸ˜„πŸŽ„

    I've realized that checking the Release Notes every Monday at 10am has become a real habit for me β˜•πŸ“„
    So much so that during holiday periods like Christmas and New Year - when there's no release - I honestly feel like something is missing πŸ˜…

    What makes it even better is when a release drops and you instantly think:

    "This actually makes perfect sense for a real customer challenge or opportunity I'm working on right now." πŸ’‘πŸš€

    Those moments, when platform updates directly connect to real-world use cases, are one of the things I enjoy most about working with Genesys Cloud ❀️

    Can't wait for Release Notes Mondays to be back!

    Our Development team is amazing. They work so hard throughout the year to release new feature after new feature, I'm glad that they get have a bit of down time towards the end of the year to rest and recuperate.

    The good news is that we are so back! New Release Notes are live now!
