I am using the folowing API and it returns the adherence for userId or all the management unit if no userId are mentioned. POST /api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{managementUnitId}/historicaladherencequery The API does optionally support teamID. Where do we get to see these Team memberships and their Ids? I have seen the TeamId for a while now and assume the UI of GC doesn't support it yet or soon to be released. Is this correct? Does anyone know if many other APIs would be filtered by teamId? I have seen a couple but wondering how much change to expect.

teamIds: ( array, optional ): The teamIds to report on. If null or not set, adherence will be computed for requested users if applicable or otherwise all users in the management unit. Note: If teamIds is also specified, only adherence for users in the requested teams will be returned

    Thanks Hichem

    Hichem,

Apologies but you seem to have found something we missed. This field is for an upcoming feature and should have been hidden until after that feature is released. As of today there is no functionality available that would use this field. We will correct the documentation oversight with the next public api release.

    Thanks for pointing it out!

Thanks Brian, that's what I guessed. No need to hide it, it's good to know what's coming actually  I assume this is planned for imminent release? I actually wish there is more info about it to understand the extent and scope of team membership> Genesys tends to make the API available before the UI part which is just fine. A small hint that it is coming soon is good enough as we all like new features.

Hichem - It could be a few months, so I don't want to get anyone too excited prematurely
