Hi Team,
I'm trying to figure out which Event/command gets published when a web socket connection in web messaging is disconnected/closed? Also, in which scenario the web socket connection can be ended by the customer in web messaging admin panel configured approach with native UI.

You could look at "conversation disconnect" https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/websocketapi#conversation-disconnect and "end user clear conversation" https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/websocketapi#end-user-clear-conversation-event both gives samples when they occurs
