Hi,
I am looking at subscribing to notifications for users schedule changes. using the topic v2.users.{userid}.workforcemanagement.schedules I am only able to subscribe if I use an oauth token and not a service token, is it possible to get notifications for multiple users schedule changes using a service token?
Alternatively is there an API that allows us to view any scheduled changes between a given time frame for a user?
Regards, Darren

I assume you mean using an implicit or auth code grant vs. client credentials? The only way to authorize your app with Genesys Cloud is using OAuth. Does the token that doesn't work have the necessary permission? See info here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/permission-enforcement-notifications-api/7221/4. Are you getting an error at some point or just not seeing notifications for the topic?
