Genesys Cloud CX - Beta HQ

Chris, we are working with the preview apis for work items.  Things are working great.  question regarding bulk import of work items.  We are going to dip our back end every 15 minutes an import all the available work items.  Is there going to a bulk import api, or is it one at a time?

Clayton - when you say 'dip our backend every 15 min' - what do you mean?  For GA, our plans are to support a normal rate limit of 300 requests per minute.  So, on a single token, you could create 300 new workitems per minute.  (Running multiple tokens you may be able to more.)  Do you have a feel for the volume of new work you expect to create every 15 min?  

We are considering both a true bulk API (likely 1000 per minute) as well as an upload tool (.CSV file likely).  I don't have timing on these as they still need to be prioritized and planned, but I would expect those at some point in the future – likely bulk API first.
