I would like to write my GenesysCloud login ID (in email format) in the SFDC TODO, but the GenesysCloud login ID does not exist in the mapping information.

Does anyone know how to write GenesysCloud login ID in TODO?

Self-Response.
I was able to implement it by using SaveLog and SDK of CTI Extension and development by APEX.
