    One of the most common uses for Genesys Cloud Data Actions is to collect the Estimated Wait Time for a queue in order to make routing decisions. In May of this year Estimated Wait Time functions were added to Architect expressions. Specifically FindQueueEstimatedWaitTime will let you check EWT status of a queue for one/several/all media types.

    Moving your EWT lookup to a native architect method will likely speed up your IVR and will help avoid being rate limited by Data Actions or Public API.
