Hello - I have already tried this option. It just disabled the KVPs showing under History section but still it shows the History section. I would like to remove the History section completely and just enable to show CaseData section alone when call is delivered to an agent.

Hello - Agent Name is not displayed in IW screen for internal calls. Instead it displays agent DN. I have attached the screenshot. What needs to be done to display the agent name instead of agent DN.
