Our Deplyement is on multiple regions PureEngage Cloud .. We have EMEA, APAC US E/US W. EMEA Agents call are storing at US Spechminer - why is this happning not sure can some one put some more light .. If i am not wrong - If the agents are on EMEA Region there recording call should be also in EMEA ...
