Sort of same issues here : we also see GUI unresponsiveness, such as agents being on queue in the GUI they see, but they are in fact off queue, if they hit F5 they see they are off-queue. Or agents going Off-queue without any action by Agent. I have noticed high memory usage in Chrome Browser. ...

You can't set a distribution rule like 80% - 20%. Possible solution is to do something with estimated wait time or position in queue. If a specific time or # is reached then a flow out to extern transfer.

Great initiative. To bad that I can't join. I am departing to Conduent EMEA starting februari 1th. At the moment Conduent is not a PureCloud Customer so I will loose my credentials :( :(

Yes, admin tasks should be in PureCloud. For the time being with the API and Postman you can do a lot of troubleshooting. Helps me a lot.
