Hello Matthew, After setting the option broadcast-preview-timeout, alert-timeout values to 0. The WDE stopped showing the other Broadcast messages like Incoming interactions, Campaign related, etc.. messages. But i would like to suppress only the Media down, network down, misc tech errors etc.. ...
