Introduction. Genesys Orchestratorsis a program to incentivize Advocacy participants to share experiences, information, and feedback about Genesys services. This program is available to employees of all Genesys customers in good standing, as well as prospects and partners. There is no cost to join.
Enrollment. Enrollment in Advocacy is done by an individual (“Participant”), and not by the company or account that is a Genesys customer. This means that these terms are binding on the Participant as an individual, and not on the Participant’s employer. Participants may join Advocacy by completing the following steps:
Genesys shall determine the eligibility of any Participant for Advocacy in its sole discretion. Please note that a business email address must be used.
Participation. Details on how Participants engage with the are included within the program documentation. Individuals who belong to a Genesys business partner organization are allowed to engage in Advocacy through activities but are not allowed to receive rewards assigned to their advocacy tier or redeem points for rewards.
Benefits. Participants earn points for various Advocacy activities in the Orchestrators portal (“Points”). Advocacy includes multiple levels of benefits (“Tiers”) based on completing a minimum number of activities from a predetermined list. Advancement to higher Tiers and the corresponding benefits are determined by the required activities outlined on the program page. Benefits at each Tier are subject to change at Genesys’ discretion.
Program Changes. Genesys may, in its discretion, change the Advocacy terms, awards, and offers at any time without notice. Genesys may end the Advocacy program at any time without prior notice. Points have no monetary value, do not constitute property of the Participant, and are not transferable. Genesys may modify a Participant’s Points in its discretion at any time.
Rewards. On occasion, Points may be redeemed for rewards or benefits. Redemption options are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Certain rewards may have limitations, including but not limited to one-time use, expiration dates, and geographic restrictions.
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for any potential tax implications of receiving gifts or merchandise. Participants must adhere to their own corporate policies pertaining to gifts, taxation, personal income, and payola around merchandise and gift card redemptions. Points may not be pooled across Participants without written consent of Genesys.
Terms of Use. Participant will not submit feedback or information that (i) infringes the intellectual property of Genesys or any third party; (ii) is defamatory, harassing, hateful or otherwise damaging to any person or group of people; or (iii) violates any applicable law. Any feedback relating to Genesys' products and services will become the sole property of Genesys, and Participant hereby assigns to Genesys any ownership rights Participant may have in any inventions or developments resulting from the feedback. Genesys may, in its sole discretion, terminate any Participant from Advocacy without prior notice. Genesys may also terminate a Participant’s access or suspend their eligibility for Advocacy, without notice, for any conduct that Genesys, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of this section or is otherwise harmful to the interests of Genesys. Upon termination, all accumulated and remaining Points shall become void and irredeemable.
Liability. Advocacy participants expressly waive any rights or claims of liability against Genesys and/or any of its employees or agents for any awards or other benefits provided under the Advocacy program. In no event shall Genesys be liable to any Advocacy participant for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of Genesys acts or omissions in connection with Advocacy. To the extent the limitation on liability in this section is not enforceable under applicable law, Genesys' total liability will be limited to the minimum amount enforceable under applicable law.
Communications. Advocacy participants also consent to email notifications about communications received through the Orchestrators portal. This can be adjusted in the portal settings. Please contact advocacy@genesys.com for any questions about Advocacy.
