Can someone confirm that out of service Edges do receive the automatic software update

    We just want to make sure that an Edge which is out of service state (but seen from PureCloud) still gets updated when necessary.

    Hi, Yes, an Edge will still receive automatic software updates when out of service, as long is it is still online.
