Is it possible to play scored interactions over SIP station? Our users don't have a usb headset/speaker, just a regular SIP Station. The PC has a soundcard, but we don't use them.

    Just to make sure I understand correctly:

     

    -You have an Interaction SIP Station II?

    -What exactly do you mean by "play scored interactions"?

     

    A little more detail would help.

    Hi @Gregory Shultz? ,

     

    An agent has a regular Aastra SIP phone with headset on his desk. A supervisor makes a Evaluation of a call. Agent sees under his Overview a new Evaluation. When Agent opens this evaluation the recording is played over the soundcard (no speaker/headset).

    I want to play the recording over his Aastra SIP phone with headset.

    Sorry, but since the scored evaluations and the recordings are delivered/played in the browser, it is not possible to route those recordings to a SIP phone.

     

    Since the PC has a soundcard, you could purchase inexpensive headsets/earbuds that your agents could use to listen to their evaluations.
